This Cookie Policy applies to the website located at slpcommand.com. The SLP Command mobile application does not use browser cookies; on-device analytics storage used by the mobile app is described in the Privacy Policy, §2.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be used for technical, analytical, or advertising purposes.
3. Cookies used on this website
As of the date of this Policy, slpcommand.com uses only strictly necessary technical cookies or equivalent local storage mechanisms required for the basic functioning of the website (authentication of the learner application and of the administrative console). We do not use:
- advertising or marketing cookies;
- behavioural tracking or cross-site profiling cookies;
- third-party analytics cookies on the public website.
Because we do not use non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, per the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, "AEPD") — consent is only required for cookies that are not strictly necessary for the service requested by the user.

5. If this changes
Should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and implement a consent banner offering clear options to Accept, Reject, and Configure your preferences, in accordance with AEPD guidance, before any non-essential cookie is set.
6. How to control cookies at browser level
You may disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the availability of the administrative dashboard.
