By creating an account or using SLP Command ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
SLP Command is an independent educational platform operated by Rafael Janer, Spain. We are not affiliated with NATO, any Ministry of Defence, or any official examining body. See Disclaimer.
The App provides independent educational preparation for STANAG 6001 / SLP-style English exams. It does not provide an official assessment, certificate, or accreditation, and it does not guarantee that you will pass any official exam. Estimated SLP levels and AI feedback scores are indicative guidance only.
Speaking and Writing feedback is generated by automated AI systems (OpenAI GPT and Whisper) and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Feedback is guidance — not a professional, examiner, or official evaluation. See AI Usage Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and must be at least 16 years old to use the App. One account per person.
You retain ownership of the text and audio you submit. You grant SLP Command a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the service: transcription, evaluation, score history, and Adaptive Coach insights. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
You agree to use the App for lawful, personal study purposes only. You must not:
The App, its design, training content, exercise corpus, scoring algorithms, and software are the intellectual property of SLP Command. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, employment decisions, or losses arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See Delete Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you via the App or email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
