Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership of the Service

All content, source code, databases, question and exercise corpora, audio assets, scoring algorithms, adaptive-learning methodology, dashboard designs, visual identity, trademarks, and other elements comprising the SLP Command application and website (collectively, "SLP Command IP") are the exclusive property of SLP Command or its licensors, and are protected under Spanish intellectual property law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996), European Union law (including Directive (EU) 2019/790), and applicable international treaties.

2. Licence to use the Service

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service, SLP Command grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial study purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in SLP Command IP.

You retain ownership of the text and audio Content you submit through the Service. You grant SLP Command the limited licence described in the Terms of Service, §7, solely to operate the Service on your behalf. SLP Command does not claim ownership of your Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you, except with your explicit separate consent.

5. Third-party intellectual property

SLP Command respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at legal@slpcommand.com with sufficient detail to identify the content and your rights.

References to "STANAG 6001", "SLP", and related terminology are used solely in a descriptive, educational capacity to identify the examination style the Service prepares users for, and do not imply any licence, endorsement, or affiliation with the originating standard-setting body. See the Institutional Disclaimer.

6. Trademarks

"SLP Command" and associated logos are trademarks of SLP Command. All other trademarks referenced in the Service (including third-party AI provider names) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to accurately describe the technologies integrated into the Service.

7. Enforcement

SLP Command reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, against any unauthorised use of SLP Command IP.
