You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the SLP Command app and follow the confirmation steps. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion immediately upon confirmation.
Send a request from your account email address to privacy@slpcommand.com with the subject line "Delete my account", including your account email in the message body for identity verification. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
Upon account deletion, the following is permanently and irreversibly deleted:
What is not affected. The general content and exercise catalogue of the Service — question banks, listening audio content, reading texts, exercise prompts, and similar shared material that is not specific to your account — is not personal data about you and is not deleted or altered by your account deletion; it remains part of the Service for other users.
Security audit trail. A pseudonymous record of security-relevant account events (login, account creation, account deletion) is retained for 12 months from the date of the event, as described in full in the Data Retention Policy. This record does not contain your email, content, or any directly identifying information, and does not prevent your erasure request from being honoured for every other category of data.
Subscription/billing records. If you were ever an SLP Command Professional subscriber, we may retain minimal technical and financial fields of your billing events (product purchased, price, currency, an App Store transaction identifier, dates) — dissociated from your account — where necessary for transaction reconciliation, fraud prevention, handling claims, or compliance with an applicable legal obligation. Every identifier capable of linking those records to you within our systems (your account identifier, and the RevenueCat subscriber identifier, alias and subscriber-attribute fields) is irreversibly removed at the moment your account is deleted. See §3 of the Data Retention Policy for the precise scope of this record.
Processors that received your Content during your use of the Service (see Subprocessors and Third Parties) are contractually bound to delete or dissociate it from you in accordance with their data processing agreements with us. Some processors (notably AI providers) may retain transient API request logs for a short period under their own security/abuse-prevention policies, independent of our systems; this is disclosed in the Privacy Policy and does not extend the retention of any data within our own infrastructure.
Your Apple subscription is not cancelled by deleting your SLP Command account. Because your Professional subscription, if any, is billed and administered by Apple through your Apple ID, deleting your SLP Command account or uninstalling the app does not cancel it. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately from your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) to stop future renewals — see §10 of the Terms of Service.
