1. Identification of the service provider

In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identification data is provided:

Tax ID (NIF) is on file and available upon legitimate request via legal@slpcommand.com, pending a decision on whether to operate this trade name as a sole trader or incorporate a limited company.

2. Purpose of this notice

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website located at slpcommand.com and the SLP Command mobile application (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept the terms of this Legal Notice in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

3. Nature of the Service

SLP Command is an independent educational technology platform providing English language training and self-assessment tools modelled on the STANAG 6001 / SLP proficiency scale used in international defence and governmental contexts.

SLP Command is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or otherwise connected to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO/OTAN), any Ministry of Defence, any armed forces, or any official examining body of any country. 4. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and the use of the Service are governed by Spanish law. Without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction that may apply to you as a consumer under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, any dispute not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction shall be submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

5. Intellectual property

All content, source code, databases, question corpora, audio assets, scoring methodologies, visual design, trademarks and other intellectual property elements comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to SLP Command and are protected under Spanish and European Union intellectual property law. 6. Liability

SLP Command shall not be liable for: (a) interruptions, errors or malfunctions attributable to telecommunications networks, third-party infrastructure providers, or force majeure; (b) improper use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated feedback as an official assessment; (c) the content of external websites linked from the Service, over which SLP Command exercises no control; (d) indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or European Union consumer-protection law.

7. Links to third-party websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. SLP Command is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of such websites.

8. Modifications

SLP Command reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email to registered users where required by law. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Legal Notice.
